A 55-unit boutique hotel designed to blend the comforts of home with polished, contemporary hospitality. Jade Amber Studio anchored the project in a “residential ethos without feeling corporate or cookie‑cutter”. One of the standout design features is the fully custom-designed and built bedding system—created in partnership with Biscayne Hospitality. These systems feature integrated nightstands, built-in lighting, charging outlets, and in some cases, a work surface embedded directly within the headboard.

Throughout the property, we prioritized thoughtful detailing—from the moody, multi-toned lobby that draws on Madison's rich urban palette, to the varied yet cohesive finishes across guest spaces. The result: an environment that feels familiar, elevated, and entirely rooted in place—a sophisticated home-away-from-home experience for today’s modern traveler.
